1957 The Man Who Came to Dinner

NCP’s second production, The Man Who Came to Dinner written by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman, was staged at the Kenya National Theatre from 1-9 Feb 1957. It was directed by Leonard Pierrepointe and starred John Ebdon as the wheelchair-bound Sheridan Whiteside.

Ebdon’s brilliant performance was much acclaimed by the Kenya theatre critics and several others were also commended out of a cast of over 30 players.
